Plans
What plans do you offer?
We offer Free, Essential ($9.99/month), and Pro ($19.99/month). Free includes 20 questions per quiz, progress tracking, and the basics. Essential adds the full question bank and more practice. Pro adds full-length timed exams, flashcards, and advanced analytics. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial.
What's the difference between Essential and Pro?
Essential gives you the full question bank and unlimited practice quizzes. Pro adds full-length timed exams (like the real ISEE), flashcards for review, and deeper analytics. Both include a 14-day free trial.
Can I switch or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from the Subscription page in your dashboard. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges, or cancel a paid subscription anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
ISEE levels
What ISEE levels do you support?
We support all four: Primary (grades 2–4), Lower (5–6), Middle (7–8), and Upper (9–12). When you start a quiz, you choose your level and grade so questions match the test you’re taking.
How do I pick the right level and grade?
Use the grade you’re in (or will be when you take the ISEE). The level is determined by that grade: Primary for 2–4, Lower for 5–6, Middle for 7–8, Upper for 9–12. Our practice is aligned to that level’s content.
How practice works
How do practice quizzes work?
Choose your ISEE level, grade, subject (Math or Reading), and an optional topic. You get a set of multiple-choice questions. You can go back and forth between questions. When you’re done, submit to see your score and review incorrect answers with explanations. Optional test mode gives you a 10-minute timed run.
What are full-length exams?
Full-length exams (Pro) are timed, multi-section practice tests that mirror the real ISEE. They’re created by your school or admin. You’ll see time remaining and submit when finished or when time runs out.
What are levels and the leaderboard?
Your level (Starter, Rising, Scholar, etc.) is based on how many questions you’ve answered. Answer more to level up. The leaderboard lets you compare your level and activity with others (optional).
How do flashcards work?
Flashcards (Essential/Pro) let you review concepts by topic. Flip each card to see the answer. Filter by level and subject. Great for quick review between quizzes.
Billing
When am I charged?
After the 14-day free trial, you’re charged at the start of each billing period (monthly). You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to Dashboard → Subscription. From there you can manage your plan and payment method through our secure payment provider.
Do you offer refunds?
